We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and money orders. The shopping cart is on a secure server, but you may also place credit card orders by calling 231-548-5145.

When you check out, your shipping and handling will be calculated for you. Please note that if you order more than five of our gallon jugs or 5-pound jars, we may need to adjust your shipping higher than what the shopping cart quotes you. We will contact you first if this happens.

Orders are shipped by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, or UPS, whichever is more cost effective.

After you submit your order through the shopping cart, you will receive an automated confirmation email that lists what you ordered. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We cannot re-sell food products if they have been ordered and then returned. Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable or refused by the post office
(without being opened) will result in a refund to the customer except for shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We feel that this is very fair considering the time and cost involved in packaging for shipment.

We do not publish a printed catalog; the honey products are continuously changing to markets. All items are listed on the online shopping cart.
